Another character I started working on a while back and will probably never finish. I sorta like his shark-o-matic weapon but it would probably work better in an aquatic setting and not a desert setting liek the rest of his outfit would suggest.
Thanx :D He's not for any book. Just practicing some character design. No specific intent. If anything I'd imagine him in a video game or animation or soemthning.
